• Four hydraulic vertical clamps securely hold down material and straighten slightly bowed beams.
• Flange supports assure flanges will not distort during drilling and holes will be accurate.
• Unitized and compact construction.
• Self-diagnostic function continuously monitors the working conditions of the machine and if a problem occurs, an error message is displayed on the CRT.
• Powered Cleaning Brush removes rust, scale, etc, from the beams prior to measuring.
• Measuring system adopts three extra-large wheels. Daito specially develops these wheels and disk slippage is virtually non-existent. This system is very
accurate and allows for faster feeding of the material over other methods.

All three drill spindles move independently of each other and in 3 directions so flange drill doesn’t sit idle waiting for the web drill to finish. All three drilling spindles are
moving while material stays stationary. This means speed. This means accuracy. This means productivity. Even the material positioning error caused by inertia is
compensated by the positioning of each drill.
In 2006, Daito were claiming this to be the world's fastest bandsaw (GT7010CNC) automatically shifts the entire machine slightly to the side, allows the beam to enter
safely and then automatically shifts back into perfect position and alignment.
Why we have this system is that all beams are not straight coming from the mill. If the beam has some camber in it, it might hit the saw in the cell. Which mean damage to
the machine?
Our machine has flange support which supports the beam at bottom of flange. It is possible that beam will move when the top spindle drill on web, so the position of the
flange lower and damage to drill bit for flange while side drill bit is drilling. You will not believe that drill need thrust pressure sometime 600kgf to 800 kgf. It might mean the
material could move down.
And ultra fast Carbide drilling machine (CSDII series) has pop-up web supports too, automatically reposition each time to support the web while it is being drilled at
lightening speed. This means perfect web holes through even the thinnest sections and avoids drill bid damage.
