2024 SENFENG Folding Machine Model BDL 4200
The BDL4200 Professional Folding Machine is a newly developed model designed to meet
the requirements of speed, precision, and versatility in the metal sheet metal industry. The
machine features the following characteristics:
(1) 8-Axis Full Servo CNC System: It employs an 8-axis full servo CNC system to
achieve fully numerical control programming.
(2) Automatic Forward and Reverse Folding: The machine can automatically perform
forward and reverse folding without manual intervention.
(3) Automatic Thickness Adjustment: It can automatically adjust the material thickness
for products of different thicknesses, with an adjustment range of 0.1mm to 2.0mm.
(4) Automatic Rotation Center Adjustment: The rotation center for forward or reverse
folding can be automatically adjusted, with a range of ±10mm, resulting in more
aesthetically pleasing folded R corners.
(5) High-Precision Backstop System: The backstop system uses a ball screw-driven
stop finger, achieving a positioning accuracy of ±0.1mm.
(6) Optional Front Stopper: The folding knife holder can be used as a front stopper for
positioning.
(7) Customizable Backstop Worktable: The backstop worktable can be customized
according to customer requirements and can be extended to a 4200mm U-shaped or
J-shaped worktable.
(8) Adjustable Upper and Folding Knives: The upper knife and folding knife can be
combined into various sizes in increments of 10mm as needed.
(9) Maximum Folding Angle: The maximum folding angle for both forward and reverse
folding can reach 150°.
(10) HuiChuan Motion Controller Operating System: It features a HuiChuan motion
controller operating system, enabling human-machine interface touch screen
interaction. Folding dimensions and programs can be edited and automatically
generated into executable programs.
