The BDL3200 professional bending machine is a new type of machine developed to meet the requirements of the metal sheet metal industry for speed, accuracy, and versatility. The machine has the following features:
• It uses an 8-axis full servo CNC system to achieve full CNC programming.
• It can automatically perform positive and negative bending functions without manual
intervention.
• It can automatically adjust the material thickness according to different material
thicknesses. The thickness adjustment range is 0.1mm to 2.0mm.
• It can automatically adjust the rotation center for positive or negative bending. The
adjustment range is ±10mm, making the bending R corner more aesthetically pleasing.
• The rear stop system uses a ball screw-driven stop finger, which can achieve a
positioning accuracy of ±0.1mm.
• The front stop positioning can be done using the knife holder.
• The rear stop working table can be customized according to customer needs and can
be expanded into a U-shaped or J-shaped working table with a length of 3200mm.
• The upper knife and bending knife can be combined into various sizes in increments of 10mm as needed.
• The maximum bending angle for positive and negative bending can reach 150°.
• It uses the HuiChuan motion controller operating system. It achieves human-machine
interface touch screen interaction, and the bending dimensions and programs can be
edited and automatically generated into executable programs.
BDL3200 professional folding machine is a new model developed to meet the
requirements of speed, precision and versatility in the sheet metal industry. The machine has
the following features:
• Adopt 10-axis full servo CNC system to realize full CNC programming.
• It can realize automatic positive and negative folding functions without manual
intervention.
• The material thickness can be adjusted automatically for products with different
material thicknesses. The material thickness adjustment range is 0.1mm~2.0mm.
• The rotation center can be automatically adjusted for positive or negative folding. The
adjustment range is ± 10mm. Make the folding edge R angle more beautiful.
• The back gauge system uses a ball screw driven stopper finger, which can achieve a
positioning accuracy of ±0.1mm.
• The folding knife holder can be used as the front stopper for positioning.
• The back gauge workbench can be customized according to customer needs and can
be expanded into a 4000mm U-shaped or J-shaped workbench.
The upper knife and folding knife can be combined into various sizes with increments
of 10mm as required.
• The maximum folding angle for positive and negative folding can reach 150°.
• Adopt Taiwan's new generation SYNETC CNC operating system. Realize humanmachine interface touch screen interaction, folding size and program can be edited
and automatically generate executable program
