SCOPE OF MACHINE:
o Cleaning of the machine + individual sub-groups of the machine.
o Grinding of the slides, cross support, spindle and tailstock quill. Re-grinding of the bed-ways.
o Grinding + scraping of the guiding ways/surfaces of the knife support, new screw with nut,
new knife wedges
o Scraping the guide surfaces of the headstock, slide, cross support, tailstock into
geometric positions according to the machine accuracy protocol.
o New screw with nut on the transverse slide, new transverse wedge and knife head.
o Complete disassembly and repair of the support box, threaded box, headstock, gear box,
tailstock, transverse and knife support.
o Addition of the rapid feed, replacement of the hand wheel and the addition of a cover with
the control of the rapid feed.
o Addition of tailstock lightening.
o New bearings in all subgroups of the machine.
o Replacement of guide combs, repair of guide rods and towing screw.
o Addition of a longitudinal micrometric gauge and a set of spare wheels.
o New labels of the machine
o New Paint Job of the Machine in its accesories RAL 9003, anthracite RAL 7016
