Hardened and ground alloy steel spindle supported by two high precision tapered roller bearings and one high precision ball bearing to ensure accuracy and stability
The unparalleled spindle design headstock uses special adjustable blocks can guarantee vibration free turning even irregular material on high speeds
Hardened and ground headstock gears and shafts are lubricated in oil bath
4.5" Spindle bore for large workpiece
Removable gap for large diameter applications
Heavy duty D1-11 camlock spindle nose
Induction hardened and ground bedways for rigid structure
One-piece Meehanite® castings base for uniform construction and durability
The special pin locks lever into position on gear shifting levers to prevent the handle out of place accidentally or being shifted during heavy cuttings
Totally enclosed oil bathed gearbox design use levers to set different threads and feeds
Inch and metric dual dials with direct readings for cross and compound feeds
Thread and feed chart for inch and metric
Directional control of carriage feed lever at side of apron for easy operations
