In the pitch cutting with the above stroke, we accomplished the accuracy of 1.4μm of error range for X axis and 1.2μm of error range for Y axis.

3. Available for automatic wire feeding of φ0.05 wire! (The performance is more than 90%!)
φ0.05 wire that is absolutely necessary for ultra-precision and microfabrication became available in SuperMM series. Human hair is 80μm~100μm, but it is possible to feed thinner wire of 50μm to the start hole of 80μm. Ana-ake Taro (attachment) is a start-hole drill that can be mounted on all models easily. This can variously help any users in start hole drilling.
5. CORE STITCH (patent pending)
The process of cutting off the cores becomes unnecessary by using this new technology “CORE STITCH” because the cores can be welded at any desired position. The welded cores can be removed by tapping lightly.
So, you can drastically reduce the time for the cutting-off process. (97% Reduction!). This is the industry’s first technology, and it will revolutionize the efficiency of wire EDM.
