STANDARD EQUIPMENT
All steel welded construction – deep section bed and ram are made of
solid one piece rolled steel plate sized for lateral rigidity and minimum
deflection under full load.
Self contained hydraulic unit mounted overhead and between side
housings, including pump and unitized hydraulic manifold.
Suction line oil filtering system.
Tonnage indicator with adjustable load control.
Die holder.
Alloy steel hardened and ground piston rods to reduce packing wear.
Mechanical leveling – Torsion bar keeps bed and ram parallel at any
point in the stroke.
Sectional ram clamping bars.
Operator hand rail.
Adjustable deflection compensator built into bed top.
Full length dove tail slot in bed top (front & rear).
Adjustable - slow down switch/top of stroke switch.
Bottom of stroke dwell (adjustable).

adjustable finger extensions.
Depth control adjustment nut in each cylinder, independent operation
