• Four hydraulic vertical clamps securely hold down material and straighten slightly bowed beams.
• Flange supports assure flanges will not distort during drilling and holes will be accurate.
• Unitized and compact construction.
• Self-diagnostic function continuously monitors the working conditions of the machine and if a problem occurs, an error message is displayed on the CRT.
• Powered Cleaning Brush removes rust, scale, etc, from the beams prior to measuring.
• Measuring system adopts three extra-large wheels. Daito specially develops these wheels and disk slippage is virtually non-existent. This system is very
accurate and allows for faster feeding of the material over other methods.
